Customers - Make a Payment
NOTE for PAST DUE Payments:
Your diapers are packed on our truck the day BEFORE your route along with your payment records. We notify you when you are not making timely payments by giving your family a door statement, an email or phone call stating your payment is PAST DUE. If you are making a payment less than 2 days BEFORE your next delivery (after receiving a past due notice), please call our office 800-589-2229 with your credit card information to make the payment so we can make sure it is recorded before your delivery. ALL OTHER PAYMENTS: You can use PayPal or your credit card to make a payment on your account balance. Diaper service costs should be paid in advance of receiving your clean diapers, just like if you purchased them in the store, only yours are delivered to your home! If the name on the credit card you will use is different than the last name you gave us for your account, click here before you make your payment and send us an email to let us know what account to credit the payment to. INSTRUCTIONS: Once you click Pay Now, type in the PRICE per item "box" the amount you want to pay, then click on "Continue". It will show the total you entered as the payment amount. When you receive your next monthly statement this payment will be shown. Thank you.
