Customers - Make a Payment
NOTE for PAST DUE Payments:
Your diapers are packed on our truck the day BEFORE your route along with your payment records. We notify you (usually one week in advance) by giving your family pink door statement, email or phone call stating your payment is PAST DUE. If you are making a payment less than 2 days BEFORE your next delivery (after receiving a past due notice), please call our office 800-589-2229 with your credit card information to make the payment so we can make sure it is recorded before your delivery. ALL OTHER PAYMENTS: You can use PayPal or your credit card to make a payment on your account balance. Diaper service costs should be paid per the Payment terms on your statement. We ask you pay in advance of receiving your clean diapers, just like if you purchased them in the store, only ours are delivered! If the name on the credit card you will use is different than the last name you gave us for your account, click here before you make your payment and send us an email to let us know what account to credit the payment to. INSTRUCTIONS: Once you click Pay Now, type in the ITEM PRICE "box" the amount you want to pay, then click on "Update". It will show the total you entered as the payment amount. If you receive monthly statements, this payment will be reflected on your next statement. If you don't get statements yet but you want to, let us know by clicking here and select that option on the pull down menu.
