We pick up and deliver once a week, on the same day every week (unless there is a national holiday)..

HOW MANY DIAPERS WILL I NEED?
We will start your service with plenty, around 7-10 diapers/day. If you use less for several weeks, we automatically reduce your supply.  If you ever feel that you need more, you can contact us.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR DIAPER SERVICE?
YES, just call 800-589-BABY and we will take your information over the phone.  We can then email or postal mail you the gift certificate for Diaper Service so you will have it to give at the baby shower or give it in person. We can also provide our videos so that the parents receiving the gift know right away they can count on us for support.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH DISPOSABLE DIAPERS I RECEIVED AS GIFTS?
In keeping with our commitment to help people go green, we make you a one-time offer.  If you received single-use (disposable) diapers as gifts, you can donate them to us for an equal credit toward cloth diapers (in groups of 12), if you turn these in prior to your baby's birth.   We will credit up to the cost of three weeks of service.  Each group of 12 single-use diapers will be equal to a credit of 12 cloth diapers on your account.  We donate the single-use diapers to charitable organizations for homeless families or families of domestic violence.      

If you have not yet had your shower, we can send you an annoucement about cloth diaper service.  Or you can tell your family and friends about your choice and they can call us for a Gift Certificate for cloth diaper service.  

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?
Many of our customers set their bag of soiled diapers outside on their delivery day.  Just tape your payment on the bag and our delivery person will take the soiled bag and leave your bag of clean diapers.

I FORGOT TO SET MY SOILED DIAPERS OUTSIDE.  NOW WHAT HAPPENS?
Don't worry, we will bring your clean diapers anyway.  But do remember to set 2 bags of soiled diapers out the next week.

WHAT DO I USE FOR A HAMPER LINER?
You will receive an extra diaper bag with your 1st bundle of diapers.  Use this as your first hamper liner.  Each week after that, use your clean diaper bag as your next hamper liner.  You will notice our bags have a pleasant baby powder scent.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICE?
Some families pay monthly with their credit card. Others pay weekly by their check taped to the outside of the soiled diaper bag (please do not put your payment inside the bag).  A Customer Service Agent will set this up with you at the start of your service. 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SERVICE EVERY WEEK?
Yes. However you can choose to pay weekly or monthly.  Those that choose to pay monthly pay in advance (monthly charges put on your credit card are posted at the beginning of each month). See also "What if I go on vacation?"

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES FOR YOUR SERVICE?
In addition of costs for diapers, we have charges for the following situations:
1) The start up fee of $15 includes setting up your information in the office and on our      delivery routes, a soiled diaper hamper, liners and deoderizers. Any time you are
    out of these items you can let us know you need more at no charge.  Some
    promotions and/or gift certificates incorporate this fee into the offer.
2)  Wrap Exchange program.  Velcro covers or pull on pants are additional charges,      since some parents decide they want to purchase their own.  You can rent white
    velcro covers or pants for 0.35/wrap per week (most families get 6-7 at a time).
    You wash these at home, then return them when you need the next size larger! 
3)  The charges for lost or ruined items is $2.50/diaper under toddler size, $3.00
    each for toddler size or training pants.  The charge for Velcro covers is $6.50 each.

SOMETIMES I FEEL AWKWARD USING CLOTH, AND I'M OVERWHELMED TRYING TO LEARN ALL THESE NEW THINGS.  CAN YOU HELP ME?

WHAT IF I GO ON VACATION?
Call customer service two or more weeks in advance to work out arrangements to suit your plans.  If you suspend service you will be charged a $2.00 maintenance fee until you return. You should still put your soiled diapers outside prior to leaving.  Vacation weeks without service, will not be counted toward the potty training guarantee period.

I HEARD YOU HAVE A POTTY TRAINING GUARANTEE. WHAT IS IT?
As a special reward to our Premium Service customers after 130 weeks of paid delivery service, if your baby is not potty trained (about 2 ½ years old), we provide FREE service including diapers and/or training pants for up to 1 additional year.   This guarantee only applies to children that are able to be potty trained.

WHAT IF MY DIAPER SUPPLY WON'T LAST UNTIL MY NEXT SCHEDULED DELIVERY?
Our goal is to make sure you always have enough diapers!  If you think you are running low,  call customer service TWO days prior to running out, we will have diapers to you within two business days (depending on your location, these may be delivered or shipped).   The first time this occurs we will pay the cost, after that the customer pays the shipping costs.

IF MY DELIVERY DAY IS ON OR AFTER A HOLIDAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DIAPERS?
You delivery will be made one day late.  We will put a reminder notice in your diaper bundle two weeks ahead of the holidays that affect your delivery date.

IF MY BABY GETS A DIAPER RASH, SHOULD I SWITCH TO DISPOSABLES?
No.  Unless your baby has an allergic reaction to fabric softeners, there is nothing in our diapers that can cause a rash.  That's another reason cloth diapers are healthier for your baby.  Anytime a diaper is soiled, germs are growing: germs cause the rashes.  If your baby has sensitivities, call us to discuss adjustments we can make to avoid fabric softeners or make an adjustment to the ph levels.

You can contact us (or your Pediatrician) to ask questions about diaper rash.  We have over 40 years of experience with different types of rashes and why they occur.

I THOUGHT I HAD TO RINSE SOILED DIAPERS IN THE TOILET.  IS THAT TRUE?
Not all at!  No rinsing or soaking is required.  Doing that washes out the anti-bacterial conditioner.  Just put soiled diapers directly in the hamper. 

WON'T MY HAMPER SMELL BAD?
We combat odor 4 ways.  The hamper we give you has a flip top lid, to keep the smell in.  The hamper liner has a baby powder smell. We'll give you hamper deodorizers made special to fit your hamper.  The anti-bacterial conditioner in the diaper kills odor causing germs.

BESIDE MY NEWBORN, I ALSO HAVE A TODDLER IN DIAPERS.  DO YOU HAVE PRICING FOR MORE THAN ONE CHILD?
Yes.  Ask customer service for details.  It also pertains to parents of twins and triplets!

WE ARE EXPERIENCING A REAL CASH CRUNCH.  I DON'T WANT TO WASH DIAPERS AT HOME.  ARE THERE ANY OPTIONS FOR US?
