WHY IS CLOTH DIAPERING BETTER FOR BABIES?
- Disposables contain traces of Dioxin, a carinogenic chemical banned in many countries.
- Disposables contain Tributyl-tin (TBT) a toxic chemical known to cause hormonal problems in humans and animals.
- Disposables contain sodium polyacrylate which becomes gel-like when wet. A similar substance was used in tampons until the 1980's when it was revealed to increase the risk of toxic shock syndrome.
- Disposables increase the temperature near your baby's skin. This increase in temperature with prolonged use of disposables may result in affecting normal sperm production.
- Babies diapered in cloth potty train faster resulting in increased independance and confidence.
